Nourish

IMG_1836

Growing up with parents who make magic together in the kitchen, Whitney knows the simple joy that can come from eating well and sharing healthy, nourishing meals with others around a table.

Her food philosophy is centered around whole foods and real, natural ingredients, minimizing processed foods. A pescetartian or “veggiequarian” for the latest five years, Whitney enjoys a plant-based diet that incorporates eggs, fish, and some occasional dairy. Much of what she creates in her own kitchen is Paleo, including some pretty sweet treats. Check out the blog page on this site for Whitney’s latest recipes and ideas!
